• Analyzes the behavior of inventory (on-display across all stores, and in the warehouses), reviews the monthly sales reports, and prepares the corresponding weekly action plans. Ensures that the identified action plans are carried out without fail.
• Closely monitors the stock transfers among the CHBC stores, especially the fast moving items.
• Ensures the attractive arrangement of stocks on display in accordance with the visual merchandising principles (POP), and monitors the compliance by the CHBC stores of the visual merchandising standards and established stocking plans.
• Coordinates with Marketing Department for the preparation of marketing collaterals, display modules, in-store signages, product labels and price tags; actively participates in the formulation of promotional campaigns by providing valuable information such as consumer behavior, inventory movements, competitor activities, etc.
• Undertakes market research for new, current and future products and creates marketing strategies for specific products, in coordination with the Marketing Department.
