Over-all in-charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Product Development Department, Manufacturing and Operations process including all of the standardization and stabilization activities about new models before hand-over to production, external coordination with Japanese counterparts on suppliers and customers’ side, implementing corrective actions as needed, and other related activities. 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably Male with flexible personality
• Graduate of University with a Degree on Technical Engineering Courses
• Well Versed and Highly Qualified in Intermediate / Advanced Japanese Language – Both Oral and Written Communication
• With Strong and Solid Background on Foreign and Local Manufacturing Process and Product Development of Plastic Injection Mold Parts
• With Solid Experience as Top Management Staff and with People Management skills to enable to handle the Product Development Department
