Position: Manager for Product Development

Job Description:
- Develop and oversee the pastry program for all Lind Hotels properties.
- Train and mentor pastry team members to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure that the assigned team meets financial targets
- Spearheads ongoing projects, expansion, and continuous growth of the brand.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-10 years in hotel or resort management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Ability to lead and train a pastry team.
- Experience in managing program budgets.
- Vast international experience with hotel pre-opening and intensive business development
engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language and proficiency with at least two to three foreign languages.
