The Product Lead (Broker) is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of broker solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to define the broker type (e.g., offline/online, POS/universal).
- Develop and document detailed technical specifications for product development.
- Maintain the product backlog and perform project management duties to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with partner companies (e.g., Kwiku - POS, Digido, OLP, Cash Express, and others) to align product strategies and objectives.
- Engage with merchants to facilitate the implementation of the credit broker solution, in coordination with the POS team.
- Take ownership of the product's financial performance, including managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the solution.
- Identify and assess user needs to drive feature prioritization and solution improvements.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to refine and optimize the solution.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle.
