Job Position: Procurement Manager

Job Description:

  •  Formulate sourcing strategy, policies and guidelines
  •  Ensure that all projects are aligned standards are set for project management
  •  Management in process of contracting and sub-contracting
  •  Timely and accurate delivered reports and management information
  •  Responsible in compliance with agreed terms with suppliers and key-customers under best possible conditions
  •  Monitor milestones and deliverables
  •  Responsible in audition and reviews
  •  Manage escalation with suppliers and key-customers
  •  Build strong relationship with stakeholders, suppliers and management

Qualifications/Requirements

• With Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred but not required
• At least 15 years of solid experience in industrial management or manufacturing
• Must be excellent in verbal and written skills
• Must have a long-term strategic procurement position in business environment
• Knowledgeable of business complexity
• Must be able to identify areas of sourcing risks
• Must have a strong planning and organizing
• Must have skills to manage a high professional procurement organization
