The Procurement Specialist/Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services from
accredited suppliers at the best possible price taking into consideration the qualities and timeliness that
match the specifications of end-users.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in any business - related course relevant  to the job

* At least 3 (Three) years of relevant experience

* Experience in a water utility company, an advantage

* Computer - literate & knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

* With strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Reliable, resourceful , and detail - oriented 

* Highly organized

* Honest & Trustworthy
