  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
  • Successful experience in a multicultural environment, preferably in a group with foreign subsidiaries.
  • Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
  • Additional certification in the field of procurement desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building
  • Flexible to work long hours.
  • Able to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business and Engineering

    Master's degree or higher is highly regarded.

    At least 2 years in a similar or equivalent position, dealing with both senior and operational stakeholders.

    Exposure to the company with a production environment with high standards is essential, possibly in the automotive industry (Highly regarded) or health industry (not essential).
