JOB SUMMARY
Manages all purchase requests of employees and assists the procurement supervisor in procurement-related works.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Evaluate supplier's quotations and canvassed products to determine the most suitable vendor.
  • Maintains records of purchase order history, list of vendors, and materials price list.
  • Coordinates with requesting departments and suppliers in their Purchase Requests.
  • Monitors and coordinates deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the Warehouse/Office/Project Site on time.
  • Source for parts, materials, supplies, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on lead time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit. Company.
  • Manages suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Performs related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

COMPETENCIES
Education: BS in Engineering, Accountancy, or other related courses
Experience: Preferably with at least 1-year experience in Procurement Admin in a real estate or construction company.

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • With good oral and written negotiation skills
  • Willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon Province or San Pablo, Laguna
  • Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle with a valid driver's license is an advantage
