Job Title: HR Supplier Management Analyst
Reports to: VP, Human Resources
Role Summary
The Analyst for HR Supplier Management shall provide assistance to HR Supplier Managers (Manila and Cebu) in the complete lifecycle of the supplier relationship from onboarding to offboarding. The role shall assist in identifying, reporting and managing the risks of suppliers in all aspects of the relationship and will contribute in the execution of all required oversight activities in keeping with Synchronies policies and procedures. The role shall also help ensure the suppliers’ performance delivery and execution of contracted services or products to Synchrony.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with HR supplier managers in the achievement of the following:
• Successful onboarding of suppliers
• Create and maintain accurate supplier engagement risk profiles
• Monitor and update oversight plans
• Document retrievable agenda, meeting minutes and action items per required frequency
• Train and support teams on Source to Pay system updates and rollouts.
• Meet with vendor and supplier managers to mitigate any challenges on service agreements and deliverables.
• Timely completion of scorecards and ongoing functional specialist assessments
• Develop exit plans to outline alternative options to current suppliers with whom Synchrony have high/complex dependencies
• Support HR supplier managers in tracking legal and regulatory requirements through its critical to compliance process.
• Reach out to HR Functional Surveillance/Compliance leader if there are any questions or concerns regarding compliance risk.
• Partner with HR Partners and Sourcing teams to support timely vendor sourcing for HR activities and other requirements.
• Work with HR supplier managers in safeguarding Synchrony’s data from unauthorized access or modification to ensure its availability, confidentiality and integrity.
• Ensures that suppliers are compliant to the data privacy act of the Philippines
