Job Description

*Installs, services, repairs printers, scanners and copiers.

*Performs maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assigned accounts (both hardware and software).

*Reconnects network configurations.

*Identifies malfunctions accurately and may replace defective parts or perform upgrades or install new components.

*Provide technical support or user training as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

*Preferably with Computer Servicing Systems NC II

*Must have hands on knowledge in network configuration (LAN, WAN)

*Can perform basic computer and printer troubleshooting

*At least Senior HS graduate

*Preferably valid driver's license with restriction code A
