PRINTING TECHNICIAN (OFFSET)

Job Description: 

• Render field service to client.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot printers and copiers
• Repair overhaul and recondition printers and copiers.
• Provide printer and copier preventive maintenance service deployed at the client.
• Testing of brand new and refurbished printers purchased.
• Assist client on-call to address solutions to complaints.
• Suggest recommendations or alternative solutions to problems.
• Submit service reports to Immediate Superior.
• Report the status of scheduled services to the Immediate Superior.
• Provide assistance to clients in the following:

o Events

o Deliveries

o Pull-outs

o Collections

• Ensure proper turnover of documents (invoices, delivery, pull-out, collection, and official receipts) and check and/or cash collections.
• Conduct meter readings for rental services clients.
