Fabricator/Carpenter/Multi-Skilled Technician
Inspects the building, grounds and equipment.
Responds to repair and maintenance request in a timely manner
Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment.
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
Keep a maintenance log and writes job reports as requested.
Report any issues to Area coordinator.
To adhere to company policies and procedures of the company.
Perform other related duties and activities required.
