Job Description
  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention.
  • Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with renovation and remodeling projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and request restocking as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Vocational course, or associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
    • Certifications such as: HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certificate
    • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
    • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Plumbing experience is preferred
