Position title – Plant Manager, Product Supply Senior Director
(1 Vacancy)

Job Description:
Responsible for leading large manufacturing operations to meet critical business goals for P&G. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing >600 multi-cultural and discipline organizations,
  • Drive strong culture and high standards on safety, quality, and stewardship, including citizenship with the communities around,
  • Responsible for achieving financial goals for the Company in leading end-to-end loss elimination through process efficiency and cost reduction of non-value adding processes,
  • Implementing best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements and global Company standard practices,
  • Driving end-to-end partnership and leadership with various supply chains and categories in P&G to ensure full supply to all customers both in the Philippines and in export countries; 6) Strategic ownership of the direction of the Plant and how to continue to achieve its objective year on year.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: At least 15 years of experience in Plant Operations or similar role in a multinational company on a multi-country or regional setting. Requires proven senior leadership experience in leading a large multi-cultural organization with strong preference of international experience leading manufacturing in multiple locations. Have demonstrated proven success on IWS manufacturing capability and continuous improvement methodology.
