EXACT POSITION FOR EMPLOYMENT: SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Responsibilities revolve around leading and supporting a team to achieve organizational goals. This includes managing workflow, training and developing employees, evaluating performance, and addressing issues.

• Responsible for communicating company goals and expectations to employees, relay information between management and staff, and foster a positive work environment.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

• Plan and organize work to ensure efficient completion of tasks, assign duties appropriately, and monitor progress; report on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide updates to senior management.

• Reports directly to Chinese Site Managers


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male; With or without High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
• Prior work experience as a Supervisor in a Power Plant is a must.
• Can speak fluent Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.
• Can read and write Chinese characters.
• Proven competency in reading, understanding, interpreting blue prints from China.
• Practical experience in leadership, team management, and related areas.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Willing to be assigned and stay inside the power plant premises in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
