PLANT ENGINEER SUPERVISOR

The Plant Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the engineering and maintenance operations of the plant, ensuring equipment reliability, optimal plant performance, and the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing or processing operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • PRC License Holder.
  • With 3 years experience as an Engineering Supervisor.
  • Having certifications in trainings, seminars, project management or safety is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in engineering softwares (Autocad, Creo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of quality control systems, compliance, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentary.
