• Assist the Department Head in the company's planning and strategy setting by gathering data and providing analysis pertaining to the economy, industry, competitors, and the company to enable Senior Management to set the appropriate financial and operational plans.
• Conduct reviews of the company's financial and operational performance and highlight areas that need improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and action plans and recommend improvement of these when necessary.
• Conduct research and analysis of market and industry trends to enable the company to maximize opportunities for growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
• Has excellent problems solving skills and is a creative thinker.
• Can handle pressure well and maintain a positive disposition despite the demands of the job.
• Can analyze and synthesize complex ideas and a large amount of data and explain them in well-written, concise, and coherent reports and presentation materials that can be easily understood by Senior Management
