JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads, plans, and organizes and control the unit operations
  • Create, review, and approve the unit setting made by the planner based on inventory, forecast and BOD directives.
  • Regularly coordinates with branch heads regarding matters concerning stocks, unit status and delivery.
  • Reviews and approves Work Orders/Production Loading Schedules.
  • Maintains the availability of materials needed for production per BOM or production schedule.
  • Conducts random checking that all prepared/processed materials needed for production passed thru quality control check and evaluation
  • Coordinates with the OCEO matters pertaining to needed parts and components, current inventory level and incoming shipments.
  • Coordinates with QA in establishing quality control standards in parts and components, process and all output.
  • Manage inventory of parts and components, fabrication, unit assembly to optimal level as required by the process and production needs.
  • Maintains and documents accurate physical inventory and system records
  • Monitors and Evaluates PPIC and production output conformity with set timeframes and set quality standards
  • Timely submission of required Registration documents.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATION:
  • Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferably but not required Certified Industrial Engineer or Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control, Demand History, Forecasting, and People Management.
  • Proficient in forecasting and material requirement planning
  • With strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Willing to work in Sobida Plant at Novaliches, Quezon City.
