Sets up and takes down equipment and prepares treatment areas in a timely and efficient manner
Monitors inventory and maintenance of physical therapy supplies and equipment and promptly informs PT III of any issues

Education: Completion of two years studies in college

Training: None required

Experience: None required

Eligibility: Career service (SubProfessional) /First Level Eligibility

2. Photocopy of Certificate pertaining to relevant trainings attended for the past five years as indicated in the PDS
3. Photocopy of Performance Rating/ Appraisal/ Evaluation (for applicants from private organization applying for a non-entry level positions)
4. Certificate of Employment; and
5. Other credentials available, if any
