Job Description

Manages, evaluates, and treats patients using an evidence-based, patient-centered, team-based, wholistic approach
Documents patient treatment sessions in accordance with DOH and data privacy guidelines

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Training: None Required

Experience: None Required

Eligibility: R.A. 1080 (Physical Therapist)
