PHYSICAL THERAPIST I

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Verifies and feeds back condition of referred patients through examining their abilities, limitations and potentials for rehabilitation.

2. Administers prescribed physical therapy to patients with the use of physical agents and therapeutic exercises.

3. Trains patients and their families in the use and care of rehabilitation materials.

4. Participates in socialization and occupational therapy activities for psychiatric patients.

5. Monitors and recommends the proper use, maintenance, inventory and upgrading of rehabilitation equipment, supplies and materials.

6. Prepares plans, programs and project proposals relevant to rehabilitation therapy.

7. Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

1.Education:Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
2.Training: None Required
3. Experience: None Required
4. Eligibility: RA 1080
