Job Description

Manages, evaluates, and treats patients using an evidence-based, patient-centered, team-based, and wholistic approach
Assigns therapists to patients and arranges treatment schedules that are acceptable to both patient and therapist
Ensures team's compliance with accepted standards of good treatment and patient safety
Ensures team's documents are in accordance to DOH and data privacy guidelines
Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

PHYSICAL THERAPIST II 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Physical Therapist)
Place of Assignment: Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
