Job Description

- Receives, analyzes, interprets and dispenses prescriptions and medication/ doctor's orders.
- Conducts daily validation of patient’s medical charts through recording, checking and monitoring of patients’ medication.
- Prepares pertinent Pharmaceutical Unit reports such as updated bills and medications served.
- Recommends intervention for potential drug interaction, medication error and document adjustment.
- Conducts regular stocks monitoring and inventory.
- Provides technical information and medication guidance/counselling to allied medical staff, Pharmacy interns, and patients.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Pharmacy)
