JOB OBJECTIVE :

Responsible in the general quality assurance, control and inspection for the release of medical grade oxygen gas products, as well as securing and processing permits, licenses and other certifications from concerned government agencies offices

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Quality Assurance and Control
  • Responsible in ensuring that verification activities from the start of the process, during the process and final products are conducted according to the Quality Plan documented
  • Ensure that records on inspection and testing are kept maintained
  • Ensure that no products are released to customers unless inspection and testing is complete and as evidence that the product conform to specifications
  • Renews all licenses and certificates for medical grade oxygen from concerned government agencies and keeps these for inspection and future purposes
  • Responsible for the release of finished products to the market. Signing of QA tags to be hung on cylinders that have passed the quality standard. Take tags and stickers from warehouse
  • Assists in preparing the apparatus for the purity test to be conducted for every batch produced
  • Keeps and updates records and test results
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
  • Safety and Security
  • Observe and follow Plant Safety Policies and Protocols, and all other Company Rules and Regulation
  • Conduct thorough inspection on medical grade oxygen gas cylinders to ensure safety products
  • Attend Product knowledge and safety awareness seminar
  • Facilitate conduct of Product Knowledge and Safe Handling of medical grade oxygen gas as deemed necessary
  • Report all or any incidents of fraudulent activities in the operation
  • Attend Weekly Toolbox and/or monthly coordination meeting as may be required by immediate supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist
