Job Description:

  • Responsible for supervising permits and licenses unit overseeing permits, clearances and licenses from various government offices relative to company’s development projects.
  • Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies and the developer (company) on relevant matters.
  • Secure clearances from various government agencies for purposes of conducting due diligence for acquisition of an entity or asset;
  • Facilitate the filing of applications with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board for purposes of securing a License to Sell, Development permit and other clearances/permits;
  • Process the filing of applications with the Registry of Deeds for the purposes of securing a unitized title and/or causing the annotation or removal of an encumbrance etc.;
  • Ensure timely submission of status reports on title transfers and other transactions handled;
  • Assist during inspection by the HLURB of company’s various projects for purposes of verifying project status/development;
  • Collate and prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications, etc.
  • Has also experience of Titling process, from land purchase to transfer to buyer’s name.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a supervisory or relevant role.
  • Proven experience in liaising in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office
