Job Qualification:
Assist in processing and managing permit-related documentation, maintaining accurate records and reports, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, assist with title transfers and subdivision processing, secure necessary permits and licenses for real estate projects, ensure compliance with government regulations, and support other permit-related tasks as assigned by management.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate ideally within a regulatory or compliance setting.
Educational qualification:
