Position Title: HR Service Delivery Associate Director
Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for WFR and Non-Payroll area. Incumbent will be responsible for overall WFR and Non-Payroll Service Delivery and Compliance managing a team of approx. 300. Incumbent needs to have a solid understanding of Data management, Controls, and Ops rigor. Should have had worked hands on SAP, Workday, though in the current role team will manage the same, but incumbent needs to have systems knowledge. Oversee and direct the accurate and timely processing of workforce ready and non-payroll updates and transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Develop and oversee changes on the systems used to process workforce ready and non-payroll transactions. Manage medium to large sized teams and/or work efforts that fall under workforce ready and non-payroll.Accountable for project management, including scope, timeline, risk, and quality management. Build and engage high performance teams, ensuring the right talent plan to achieve contract outcomes.
