EXACT EMPLOYMENT POSITION: ROOFING FOREMAN

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the roofing team to ensure that all work is done safely, on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and sequence of work.

• Perform both supervisory and management functions and also engages in the same construction/roofing trade work as the workers they supervise.

• Plan daily work goals to complete jobs on time, striking an appropriate balance between speed and quality

• Manage and maintain job sites, equipment and materials that complies with all safety guidelines.

• Provide timely and quality installation of all assigned Roofing projects in the field.

• Reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials

• Reports directly to Chinese Site Managers


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Male; With or without High School Diploma is a minimum requirement

• Several years of construction experience in a Power Plant is an advantage.

• Can speak fluent Mandarin with excellent written and strong oral communication skills.

• Can read and write Chinese characters.

• Proven competency in reading, understanding, interpreting blue prints from China.

• Familiarity with low-slope roof installations and repairs.

• High physical strength, grip strength and dexterity

• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Willing to be assigned and stay inside the power plant premises in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
