PASSENGER CAR CONDUCTOR

Position: PASSENGER ASSISTANCE OFFICER

• Ensure the safety of all passengers inside the vehicle, and follow safety procedures.
• Issue tickets to passengers and collect their fares. Collect payment for fares and provide tickets.
• Assist individuals with special needs, including pregnant women and the elderly.
• Provide assistance to passengers with heavy baggage and direct them to appropriate seats, and address any questions or concerns during the trip.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the passenger compartment.
• Ensure passengers adhere to transportation regulations, such as smoking, eating, or disruptive behavior. Issue warnings or remove passengers if necessary.
• Maintain records of passenger counts, ticket sales, and any incidents or disruptions during the journey with integrity.
• Help passengers board and disembark safely at each stop or station.
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance of collected fares with adherence to company policy.
