Job Description

  • Responds to requests on needed paint materials from Store Warehouse through local reservation or from DIY through Inventory Staff
  • Assists customers with their paint-related orders and recommends how to best achieve their paint goal
  • Receives requests for color mixing and tinting, mixes paints to desired shade as specified by the customers
  • Issues paint mix form to customer to ensure correct understanding of the equipment
  • Operates and facilitates mixing of paints using a paint mixing machine

Qualifications/Requirements

high school graduate or at least college level
At least 6 months experience in retail specializing in paints in a similar industry
Must be keen to details
