  • Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of all outside decks including distribution and collection of towels and disposal of garbage in pool areas
  • Take part in standby on the mooring deck, tender operation, and gangway duties as required
  • Familiar with all safety and technical equipment used by the Deck Department
  • Participate in fire fighting, first aid, personal survival, and promotes health, safety and anti-pollution programs
  • Familiar with and complies with the safety and environmental policy
  • Promote the ship’s waste management and environmental programs

Qualifications/Requirements

    • Six months to one year experience as Ordinary Seaman on a cruise or passenger vessel preferred
    • Deck cadet or other ship experience at sea considered
