OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role involves supervising production lines, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate production activities.
2. Ensure daily production output meets quality, quantity, and scheduled targets.
3. Monitor production line performance and resolve issues related to machine downtime, manpower, or material shortages.
4. Work closely with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support smooth production flow and address technical problems.
5. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
6. Ensure operators are properly trained and follow production and quality control procedures.
7. Monitor and report production KPIs, downtime, and yield data.
8. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.
9. Lead daily shift meetings and maintain effective communication with team members and management.
10. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
