Job Description

  1. Participates and creates yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department
    1. Coach and guide direct reports to ensure high-impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions, and transfer
    2. Execute/Implement production plan (based on the forecast and actual order)
    3. Ensures that jobs scheduled in production are delivered according to quantity, quality, and lead time.
    4. Ensure machines are kept in good condition and implement scheduled machine maintenance.
    5. Analyzes production performance records and initiates corrective action and improvement on the process.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Must have knowledge of Planning and Inventory Control
Has average knowledge on 5S, ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP System
Must have average knowledge Rigid Packaging
Must be willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City
