Job Title: Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols at the construction site
• Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments and project timelines
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2-Year Post-Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma
• With a minimum of (5) years of experience in construction industry
• With good leadership and managing skills, strong work ethics, familiar in budgeting and keen understanding
of industry specific terminology, rules and regulations
• Good communication skills and can comprehend both English and Korean
• Leadership and human resources management skills
