We are looking for a hands-on and strategic User Operations and Events Lead - Mandarin Speaker to oversee daily product operations across our online casino and e-gaming platforms. This role includes managing user accounts, planning events, distributing rewards, maintaining system functionality, and supervising customer service activities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of online gaming operations and products, with the ability to anticipate market trends and user needs to guide continuous improvement. Proficiency in office tools, basic SQL, and experience with multilingual social networking platforms (e.g., WeChat, Telegram) is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Deep understanding of operational workflows in online casino or e-gaming environments
• Strong grasp of industry-specific products, user behavior, and compliance frameworks
• Strategic mindset to identify improvements and adapt to evolving market demands
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SQL databases (for generating reports, querying user data, etc.)
• Familiarity with multilingual social media platforms (WeChat, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is a must.
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
