OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
(MANDARIN-SPEAKING USER GROWTH OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD) 

We are looking for a Mandarin-Speaking User Growth Operations Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in platform operations management, product project execution, and cross-departmental communication. This role is designed for a strategic leader who is adept at driving operations and optimizing execution processes. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to collaborate effectively with international teams

Qualifications/Requirements

Strong written and spoken Mandarin skills.
Proven track record managing operations across multiple organizations or platforms.
In-depth knowledge of online products and services.
Skilled in tracking and monitoring online product performance.
Electrical Automation Technology experience is a Plus
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Experience in Axure wireframing and prototyping.
Skilled in organizing ideas with mind mapping tools
