OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
(1 Vacancy)

• Oversee and supervise a team of agents.
• Coach, motivate, reward, counsel, and assist needs of team members.
• Ensure uniform understanding and adherence to policies, procedures and company programs.
• Monitor system performance and initiate actions to correct and resolve system problems.
• Ensure completion of departmental duties/ task in the absence of subordinates.
• Assist in the development and tracking of employee incentive programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 5 years of BPO experience in customer service or operations or a related field.
• Experience and skillful Customer Service Agent providing high quality service, working address and meet all needs in both Englsih and Korean.
• Adept at following communication to properly handle various needs in a professional manner.
• College graduate
• Strong communication skills in English and Korean, both written and verbal.
• Can speak Korean fluently with a Korean accent
