POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER
*Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Mandarin-speaking staff to achieve performance targets.
*Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth communication between Mandarin and English-speaking teams.
*Handle escalations or complex issues from Mandarin-speaking clients or team members.
*Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to align operational processes.
*Analyze workflow and suggest process improvements.
*Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
*Support onboarding and training of new Mandarin-speaking employees.
