CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER


What you will do:

  • Manage the entire process for customer service, implement, and manage process
  • Review dashboard week on week on where the team members are lacking and discuss it with them

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Confidence to be able to advise an entire team for changes and feedback

  • Willing to work on a mid shift and onsite
