[Organization Management]
• Ensures CEA’s directions and the company policies are carried out throughout PAAT doing business under CAE PHILIPPINES.
• Responsible specifically for Scheduling & Customer Service and Simulator Technical Departments and ensure alignment towards the training center business goals and objectives.
• Support the efficient operations and coordination amongst various training departments.
• Contribute to build a high performing and harmonized team ensuring all individuals demonstrate a One CAE mindset within PAAT dbu CAE PHILIPPINES.
[Budget Management]
• Provide oversight of budget control and management to all departments in PAAT dbu CAE PHILIPPINES and responsible for reporting to CEA when additional resources are needed.
• Ensures the annual operations budget is planned to fully reflect the future grow of the training center and then report monthly on performance to CEA.
[Operations Management]
• Provide counsel, advice, and guidance to departments on operational matters including efficiency, quality and cost savings.
• Implement process improvement where possible to better achieve organization KPIs.
[People management]
• Lead or support employee management activities, such as performance evaluation, annual salary review, training, coaching, and development plans.
Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports.
