Position Title: Quality Operations Director
Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the CPO in process planning, adaptation, implementation, promotion, operation, evaluation, and optimization. Ensuring process compliance, and promoting the management and improvement of high-risk issues. Responsible for promoting customer experience and customer satisfaction improvement; cooperating with the agency to carry out quality culture construction, promoting the application of quality methods for business management and continuous improvement. Responsible for the overall expense authority signing and authorization management of the department; effectively implement the company's information security & network security and user privacy protection policies within the region. Establish an operational indicator tree and baseline, identify shortcomings through routine monitoring, and continuously improve. Responsible for the overall planning and demand management in the region, solving frontline business pain points, and supporting medium- and long-term business development. Responsible for the design of IT solutions for regional change, upgrading and closing the loop on various IT system issues during the operation period, monitoring IT operation indicators, and promoting continuous improvement and optimization of systems.
