 Position : Operations Senior Manager 

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for PCBA, FATP, TE and TS.
  • Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met or exceeded.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, yield, and cost performance.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including production supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Develop talent and ensure high levels of team engagement and performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SMT, functional test, and end-to-end production processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization.
