Position to be filled: INTERNATIONAL HOST SENIOR MANAGER

Job Description:

- The International Host Senior Manager takes responsibility for all aspects of the in-house Host Operations services. They ensure the company and divisional goals are both met and upheld in ensuring best practices and service levels within the department. They ensures effective policy and procedures are created, adapted and reviewed from time to time for continued excellent total gaming experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Expat candidates must possess a High School Diploma. Philippine passport holders must have completed at least 2 years in College. Graduate of Senior High School can be considered.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required language is Mandarin.
  • Confident and able to deal with VIP's; has a pleasing and youthful personality.
  • Preferably with at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar field (casino, hotel/hospitality, airline-related industry, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in using Office applications such as Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
  • Must have the ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Flexible to work on varying shifts and time schedules and exposure to smoking environment.
