Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure alignment with business goals
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Manage and lead cross-functional teams including admin, logistics, and production (as applicable)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest areas for improvement
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives
Ensure inventory, supply chain, and vendor operations run smoothly
Resolve internal issues, manage crisis situations, and troubleshoot operational problems
Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and company standards
