POSITION TITLE: Mandarin Bilingual Senior Operations Manager

  • Lead and/or participate in CX-specific and/or client company wide projects that may be assigned by leadership
  • Overall point-of-contact to the clients, handling and resolving all escalations
  • Manage and utilize metrics to drive positive change in areas such as Service Level Agreements, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, NPS, and Contract Rate
  • Seasonal or special projects based on the needs of the team or the customer

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in College
  • Must have at least 3-5 years in an operational management role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bilingual channel in Mandarin
