Shift Manager, Premium Services

  • Lead the overall direction of Solaire’s Online Gaming Strategy.
  • Responsible for managing the product suite which includes: Live Studio Table Games, Live Stadium Games, Live Slot Jackpot Games, Virtual Slot and Table Games, Sportsbook and other opportunities as presented.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction including: the 24/7 support team, system stability and uptime, quality of game streaming.
  • Increase the online gaming platforms capabilities over time, specifically around account funding, marketing products and innovations.
  • Work closely with on-premise team to guarantee a consistent level of service and rewards for customers.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 10 years experience as senior manager in VIP operations in casino.
  • 15+ progressive years in casino industry.
