Job Description

The Director of Revenue and Site Operations will lead PayScale’s operations in the Philippines, acting as Country Manager and key liaison with the main office. This role ensures local alignment with global objectives, compliance with local regulations, and achievement of operational and financial targets. Responsibilities include staff supervision, client relationship management, sales coordination, market research, and strategic planning.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. · At least 3 years of experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the outsourcing or offshoring industry. · Proven experience in business strategy, corporate operations, or management consulting. · Strong background in leading large-scale initiatives, programs, or complex transformation projects within a high-tech environment or through management consulting roles. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to drive operational efficiency and align business goals with strategic objectives.
