USER OPERATION MANAGER

  • Responsible for acquiring traffic for growth-related tools on the platform, including but not limited to APP, Web, and social media (such as Telegram).
  • Segment new registered users based on platform characteristics and goals, and formulate effective conversion plans and strategies to guide user behavior and improve transaction conversion rates.
  • Data-driven, monitor changes in user behavior data, and adjust or add strategies promptly.



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in user operations or user growth for exchanges or on-chain projects. Exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements.
  • Strong logical abilities, sensitive to numbers, capable of data analysis, and able to identify problems and provide suitable solutions.
  • Good proficiency in both Chinese and English listening and speaking skills, capable of daily work and communication in both languages.
