  • Support the development of long – term strategy and creation of detailed plans to execute
  • Manage and align department goals, processes, and resource allocation to support agreed strategy
  • Ensure appropriate data and analytics are in place and targets and progress are tracked prepares regular updates for Senior Management as required
  • Hosts and presents Business Reviews on a regular basis to track KPI improvement progress and raise opportunities for future enhancements and improvements
  • Uses data to identify areas of improvement and puts in place targeted initiatives to improve Customer Experience;

Qualifications/Requirements

  • With at least 10+ years of management experience, and 10+ years of Operations is required;
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business related field is an advantage
