EXPAT OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Review and ensure that division objectives and targets are achieved
  • Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
  • Promotes quality, environment, safety and health awareness, CSR, 5S, and good practices in the company
  • Controls the Division Budget Plan and its implementation
  • Utilizes effectively the Division's property and infrastructures
  • Supports the General Manager in his job deliverables

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree
  • With experience of working in Japanese manufacturing industry in supervisory or managerial role
  • With proven leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision making skills
  • Has good understanding of electronic components manufacturing industry
